Editorial Policy

宗旨與徵稿範圍
Aims and Scopes

《圖資與檔案學刊》(ISSN 2412-1800) 為公開取用(Open Access)之學術性期刊，以半年刊出版，內容以圖書資訊學、目錄版本學、檔案學、出版、數位學習、數位圖書館、數位典藏、數位人文等相關符合學術論文寫作規範之文章，提供高品質的研究發表空間與學術交流管道。

JILA is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that published semi-annually in June and December. The articles are welcomed mainly on topics related to library and information science, bibliography, archival studies, publishing, e-learning, digital library, digital humanities, etc. papers in related fields written in English or Chinese are cordially solicited.

開放取用典藏政策
Open Access archiving Policy

鑒於「建立開放取用的模式，並付之開放取用模式供大眾點閱，期許能對學術傳播環境有所助益」的精神，本刊自2012年出刊起將全面採取開放取用期刊出版模式，期許透過網路學術傳播管道，高流通性特色散布研究成果，提升本刊論文整體的能見度與學術影響力。所有在本刊刊出之文章，均可透過本網站及政治大學機構典藏資料庫免費取得。

In 2012, JILA began to make its content freely available via the Internet. With the hope of enhancing the visibility and influence of the journal’s papers by disseminating research results through online scholarly communication channels with high circulation characteristics. All content published in JILA is publicly accessible via the journal’s Website and in NCCU Institutional Respoitory.

審查原則
Peer Review Policy

編輯委員會就來稿主題，聘請相關領域之專家學者加以審查。
External and independent reviewers are invited according to academic fields of the subject and professional knowledge.
本刊之審稿者及相關編輯人員如有投稿本期刊者，不得參與所投文稿之討論及經手相關文件，如審稿意見、審稿者資料等。
Any reviewer or editorial board member who is also a contributor of a submitted manuscript should be removed from any reviewing tasks related to the manuscript.
審稿者與投稿者之間，採迴避關係之原則，避免投稿者與審稿者間之親等、師生或同單位關係。
The reviewers, without any conflict of interest with the authors, will avoid relationships between authors and reviewers as relatives, teachers, students or co-subjects.
審稿中或審稿後，編輯委員會及相關編輯人員對於投稿者與審稿委員之資料負保密之責；審稿作業以雙匿名方式進行。
All manuscripts submitted to JILA will undergo a double-blind peer review process. The editors are responsible for keeping authors and reviewers’ information confidential.

來稿之形式審查通過後，會使用Turnitin等軟體進行學術倫理檢測。
After manuscript is reviewed and approved, we will use software such as Turnitin to check the academic ethics.
